1. Appointments

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may reduce your treatment time.

  • A confirmation message will be sent upon booking.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Payments
